Appointment Changes & Cancellations

We understand that schedules can change. To respect our time and other customers:

  • At least 12 hours notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with proper notice will not incur any fees.

Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee, which reflects the deposit collected at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be charged up to 50% of the total service cost to account for reserved time and travel.

No-Shows

  • Failure to be present at the scheduled time may result in a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Customer Responsibility

Since we come to you, please ensure:

  • The vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time

  • There is adequate space to work safely

If we are unable to complete the service due to these issues, it may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

Weather Policy

  • In cases of weather (rain, snow, extreme conditions), we may need to reschedule for safety and quality reasons. You will not be charged a cancellation fee.

  • We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.

Deposits

To secure your appointment, we require a 15% deposit at the time of booking.

  • This deposit is fully refunded at the time of completed service

  • It is used to hold your appointment

  • The card on file may be charged if the cancellation policy is violated

While our cancellation policy is in place to protect our time and travel, any cancellation fees are considered carefully and used only as a last resort. Our goal is always to provide a smooth, flexible, and positive experience for every customer.
